The first time I used a 10 stop filter was the day the devil himself tried to destroy Norway. The terrorist, Anders Behring Breivik, killed 77 - first a bomb attack on the government quarter in Oslo that killed eight people, and two hours later a massacre with firearms that killed 69 people at Utøya - 33 of them under 18 years.
My wife called as I started a 60 second exposure to test my new 10 stop filter for a long exposure in Balestrand. Exif data shows that the photo was taken at the time the terrorist was arrested.
The picture will forever remind me of this cruel attack on our democracy.
